Thank youWithout you, we couldn’t look after Cliveden. Every penny you spend in our shop, our cafés, or on our events goes directly back into helping us protect this estate for ever, for everyone.
Our recent projects have included conserving the Sounding Chamber, returning the gilded gates to the Ferneries, conserving the Generator House, and helping to bring Nancy Astor’s electric canoe back to the water.
Where will you see the difference you’re making next? Keep an eye on our website for new conservation projects and estate updates.

As part of our celebrations for the 125th anniversary of the National Trust we’ve come up with 50 things to do at Cliveden before you’re 125¾. This is a list compiled from suggestions by our lovely staff, volunteers and visitors, designed to help you get the most out of your visit.
We hope that ticking your way through all of these ‘things’ will help you reconnect with nature, rediscover your inner child, and fall in love with all Cliveden has to offer, come rain or shine.
How many can you do in a day? Be sure to keep your list for next time you visit, as there is plenty to experience in every season.
