Our Tipis are magical and awe inspiring,

providing a striking alternative to the

traditional marquee. They can be opened up

for summer and pinned down to be super

snug in the cooler months providing the

most unique setting for your party or event.

together to create the perfect space and

What do I do now?


In short, we’ll do everything we can to make your event the best it can

be, however here a few more good reasons…

- Traditional marquees have their place but if you want a truly magical

& memorable time a tipi is the best. They bring oodles of character

and bags of practical versatility.

- Tipis are flexible to fit to you! Whether you have 50 guests or 250,

they can adapt to suit your needs.

- Bring a tipi to your party, there is no additional decoration needed,

however with minimal additions you can make them your own!

- Our tipis are based on those used by the Scandinavian Sami tribe

who live close to the Arctic Circle, so come rain or shine you’ll be cosy

inside or marvelling at the great outdoors.

- We’ll be with you right from the start helping guide you through

from the planning to the big day and we’ll provide as little or as much

help as needed sourcing any additional services.


Single Tipi

A single tipi will comfortably seat up to 54 with a central

fire pit or you’ll be able to get 70 in if they’re close

friends.

You could also choose to have less seating and a

dancefloor, for that amazing party effect.

Two Tipis

A pair of linked tipis provides more versatility and options for

bars, fire pits and dance floors. We’d recommend 2 when you

need to sit up to 100 guests comfortably.

Three Tipi Arc

Sits up to 150 depending on table numbers and layout. Snug quiet

areas can be created with a fire pit whilst the party vibes float

throughout.

When it comes to 3 tipis there are more options. They can be joined in a triangle formation, in a line or on a slight curve

depending on the location. The layouts below are only two examples and raised panels where typical entrances would be

placed.

Our pricing is simple and the price you pay depends on both the number of tipis and the level of fittings / furnishings you wish to have.

We always include VAT and delivery within 30 miles of our warehouse in the price. We offer 2 very simple pricing plans so you can easily

budget for your event. Please see our attached price sheets for full details.

All of our packages come with flooring, lighting and furniture as a standard. We work on a ‘price you see is the price you pay’ basis, no-one likes

getting to the end of the ordering process only to find out the quoted price is now 25% higher than it first appeared, we don’t do this!

The Celebration packages include what you need to host a fantastic event, where as the Premium package includes almost everything that you

could think of! There are things that we don’t stock so we are very happy to recommend a select few suppliers to help create your vision into

reality. Depending on the chosen location, additional services may be required such as power and toilet facilities if for example you’re hosting your

event in a field. We can advise on what is needed and recommend partners that will meet your needs.



We’re based in Hockliffe, Bedfordshire

and we travel far and wide. We often put

our tipis up in back gardens, fields or

sports grounds.

Depending on your postcode we can

recommend wedding venues ranging

from countryside houses, parks through

to country pubs which have enough

ground space but also have the

advantage of providing more convenient

access to services such as power, toilets

and of course a bar!

Our tipis can be put up in most places

providing that they are relatively flat and

have good access. If you aren’t sure,

don’t worry! We always come and visit

you at your chosen site before setting up

there.

There is no one size that fits all but we tend to follow a simple set of loose steps:

1. Get in touch!

2. If you love the tipis and have a venue in mind we head straight to step 3 otherwise we can recommend locations or

source one for you depending on your postcode.

3. If you confirm the date and venue we’ll meet you at the location to have a face-to-face chat to discuss your plans,

measure up, confirm the necessary access and most importantly answer questions you have.

4. We’ll confirm everything in writing with a formal quote. If you wish to go ahead we’ll require a £500 deposit to secure

the date and a further 25% when you are sure which package you would like. The payments are then spread across

the time between booking and your event in a way that works for you.

5. We’ll work with you to finalize the floor plan and we’ll be available to any additional suppliers you have.

6. 6 to 8 weeks before the event, we’ll confirm everything once more along with the setup dates and take down dates.

7. 4 weeks before the event is the last point you can change your package, after this the remainder of the balance is due.

8. We’ll bring the tipis and crew 2-3 days before the event and start the build. You’ll have a minimum of 24 hours to add

your own touches to the tipis before the event

9. Party!

10. 1 or 2 days after the event, we’ll come back and take it all away, only leaving you with the memories of a lifetime.

We are here to help you through the process, from the first email or phone call to the very last item is cleared from site.
