KrupkaExtensive experience in the design, operation, and control of biological systems as well as the function of microbes in natural aquatic environments. His experience includes over 30 years performing pilot and full scale studies to assess the treatability of organic waste streams, lagoons, rivers, ponds, and fish farms. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology from Rutgers University in 1975 and then completed graduate work in Marine Microbiology and Biochemical Engineering, also at Rutgers University. Mark is a Member of the American Society for Microbiology (ASM) and is on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Pond Professionals (NAPP). He has published numerous articles and techni-cal papers on environmental microbiology, aquatic ecosystems, pond ecosystems, biological wastewater treatment processes, strain selection, bioaugmentation and bioremediation and is a regular lecturer at industry conferences on subjects from water quality to aquaculture.

Contributions include development of key product concepts, novel bioformulations, multiple patents, includes technologies for bio control, effluent line technologies, and crop agriculture enhancement.
Asia - Mr. Goh Kwang BengMr. Goh has more than ten years of experience in Bioremediation Technology using Microbe-Lift/and Microbe Life products in enhancing and rehabilitating non-performing wastewater treatment system and environmental cleanup in Asia. He successfully led a team of master students from Kunming Technical Uni-versity in rejuvenating the extremely polluted Xiba River in Kunming in 2005. Mr. Goh also has experience in aquaculture pond rehabilitation using Microbe-Lift bioremediation technology to maintain a clean pond environment conducive to achieve faster growth rate, higher breeding density and lower mortality rate.
Mr. Goh had presented at several international conferences on Bioremediation approach to achieve a Sustainable Environment particularly on polluted lakes and river clean up as well as economical treat-ment of large volume of polluted water for agriculture irrigation and reuse.

• Providing total economic and technical solutions, including diagnosing problems, recommend-ing treatment plans, providing products, training client’s staff and monitoring performance until project is commissioned.
• We have well trained technical staff to handle domestic and industrial WWT plants, ponds, fish farms, poultry cattle and hog farms. In addition we handle grease traps and pump stations. We use biological products only.
• In addition to supplying biological products made by Ecological Laboratories Inc., we supply aerators, grease traps, biological coagulants and flocculants. We also supply mobile domestic WWT plants.
Korea - Dr. H. P. LeeDoctor of Pharmacology, Medical Drug Researcher and sought after business lecturer and current profes-sorial lecturer at College of Pharmacy graduate school.Held leadership positions in various occasions over 17 years at the largest international corporation, LG group in Korea. Was the first launcher of Microbe-Lift in Korea since 1989 and successfully managed an improvement program for national municipal wastewater treatment plant in Pusan with Microbe-Lift in 1995. (Later, Korean ministry of environment published it as one of excellent success model stories).Won “Environment Minister Award” of Korean government in economic idea contest in 2009 and contrib-uted to Korean 1-MCP technology & original patent transfer to Janssen PMP in Belgium in 2011. Dr. Lee highly enjoys learning and research work of new applications with Microbe-Lift.
