To be the best stewards for the library and to put students first, we must have a updated and accurate collection development plan, know the collections needs, cooperate with other libraries and within the library, select the best materials for the collections’ and user’s needs and weed outdated information.

By following our goals, mission and vision, and knowing students’ needs, we can put students first to develop and maintain a great library collection
