Good Nutrition for developing teens is vital. Hydration is part of good nutrition and teens need to be aware of their intake of fluids. Caffeinated Soda just dehydrates the body further.

If you play a sport, or any sort of physical activity, good nutrition plays a big part.

Skipping meals or allowing the body to get dehydrated not only equals a bad performance, but can lead to injury, and in some rare cases, can lead to death.

If your last meal was dinner, and you didn’t eat breakfast, it’s been about 15 hours since you’ve eaten any food. Your body is hungry whether you realize it or not.
