The Ideal Teacher

Ideal teacher can be divided into several fractions such as teaching methods, how to socialize, appearance and character, knowledge, speech skills among students and teachers and caring nature.

Ideal teacher has skills in dealing with good teaching methods. Two -way interaction between teachers and students play an important role so that the subject matter can be delivered and understood by students. Therefore, teachers need to make adequate preparations before starting the lesson as well as brilliant student interest in learning so that students do not get bored with what is communicated.

In addition, teachers should incorporate elements of humour or jokes during the process of teaching and learning. To make teaching a more attractive method is to insert the words of encouragement and praise to the students. Teachers need to create an excellent learning environment for the students to open their minds. The ideal teacher must know how to socialize and mingle with the friendly society. Therefore, participation in school activities or with members of the community are very important. In other words, teachers have knowledge in all areas. So, teachers need to know how to adapt to any situation surrounding community.

Appearance and good character must be possessed by an ideal teacher. Skills appropriate to the subject should be taught by him. A physical education teachers must have an active attitude and always enthusiastic. From the highlighted skills teachers can spur students striving like them.

An excellent teacher must he have an open minded attitude in listening to their student’s problem and try to solve their problems. Therefore, this teacher has a charm and trusted by students for complaining about his plight. This is further reinforced when the students could explore the feelings and the way teachers communicate with students very well.

Teachers also need to equip themselves with knowledge. So that teachers do not be left behind. Therefore, teachers should strive explore areas of their specialization while keep expanding existing the areas of knowledge and continue to revise and swallowed in order not to miss the

changes. Another way to increase knowledge is to attend courses to improve teacher’s profession. Teaching experience is an important asset to educate the students to excel. Experienced teacher cannot be traded and are priceless. They know and parcel they life as a teacher. So that can be easily solve the problem as well as a role model for other teachers.

A good relationship between teachers and students will be able to increase student excellence. Therefore, there should be good communication between students and teachers. This situation will make students more comfortable to approach the teacher and ask questions that they do not understand a topic. So that, the teacher will provide guidance to students who show interest in the knowledge it conveys. Teachers will also provide advice and useful tips for successful especially that always accompany the teacher.

Speech should be compatible with the recipient, especially when presenting the lesson content so that the information can be received effectively. This is because the level of student thinking differently. Final grade is the low level of thinking. Therefore, the use of words and easy to understand terms used. Simple and short sentences are used to facilitate students' understanding of what’s delivered by the teacher.

Concern should have in an ideal teacher. It is to strengthen the relationship between teachers and students. Teachers try to delve feeling by good relations and the situation of students. The concern shown by teachers lead students feel themselves loved and respected. Teachers need to spend some time with the students and sat chatting with them and listen to their problems.
