President’s Message…

Hello Ski Club Members!

It seems winter has finally arrived and so has the New Year.

Our winter sports members are finally getting excited about

skiing and the non-winter members have been enjoying the nice

December weather. If you missed it, we had a really super

Christmas Social which put everyone in the Holiday mood.

Now it is on to January and a New Year for the club. We have

events like indoor golfing, Tomahawks hockey, a Mexican

dinner and, of course, skiing planned for January. Our January

Happy Hour (Jan 8) is planned at The Freight Station

downtown and before the Happy Hour, we would like to take a

group picture by the new Christmas Tree in Central Park (see

details in Newsletter.) As always club officers are working hard

to make the club more appealing and stable for the future. We

always need ideas and opinions from the membership so pay

attention to the upcoming newsletters for future plans. That is all

I have for now, but I look forward to seeing you at the Happy

Hours, Mixers, or on the slopes.

Also, please review pages 10 and 11 with the listings of

businesses that gave us an ad or donated a door prize. They

help our club to be successful. Please support these fine

establishments.
