Yes, The Strength Team Event is a Revival! We Offer God’s Hope!

God is eager to manifest His reviving presence and power in every generation. But we must take steps for the release of His fullness in our midst. With the Strength Team we have three arenas to see Revival take place: the schools, the community, and our church family... the school assemblies allow us an avenue to offer hope to students and faculty on their turf, with a positive message. The nightly events allow the good news of Jesus to be shared with the people in our community. And our church family will be en-couraged to follow up and make disciples with those who accept Christ, building God’s Kingdom. Revival. Hope. It’s here!

On the eve of their passage over the Jordan River into the promised land, Joshua charged the chil-dren of Israel to prepare their hearts: “...Sanctify yourselves, for tomorrow the Lord will do wonders among you.” ( Joshua 3:5) The Psalmist understood the importance of spiritual revival: “Righteousness shall go before Him and shall set us in the way of His steps.” (Psalm 85:13).

In the seemingly wild and fast paced world we prob-ably live in, sometimes we might wonder, is there any hope? Hope. It’s a little word but with big meaning. It can make all the difference in the world about our lives. What is hope anyway? Maybe it is an expectancy of something better that’s going to happen. Maybe it is a longing for a new day or a way out or even a way through. No matter how you view hope, God knows

and understands. No matter what kind of hope you need, God already knows that too. Hope. It’s what God wants you to know that you can have. He tells you in Jeremiah 29:11-13 that not only does His plan give hope; but that God is hope. Hope is what we are going to share through the strength team events. No matter your age. No matter your involvement with our church family or the preparations with the Strength Team, we all need this hope. We all need to share this hope. Interceded through prayer as the events take place. Invest yourself in the preparations for the event. Invite others to come and hear the messages of hope. And get involved in the discipling, spiritual growth, and expansion of Jesus’ Kingdom of Hope. It’s time for Revival Grey Stone!
