(carta semplice) and send it to the Erasmus Office of their Faculty by 16/03/2018.
The definitive ranking list will be published online on 21/03/2018 on the site:
http://torvergata.llpmanager.it.
The awarding of scholarships will take place on 30/03/2018- at 9.30am in the Fleming lecture hall.
24
The Medicine and Surgery sholarships will be assigned on 28/03/2018, at 10am, at the Erasmus office of
the Faculty, room D18.
For all degree courses:
a) Please note that “cum laude” is worth 0.2 points and is considered part of the score of that
specific exam when calculating the average.
b) The destination will be chosen by the winners of the selection when the Erasmus scholarships
are awarded following the ranking list. Please note that students must be present on the day
of the assignment of the scholarships in order to officially accept the award.
N.B: Once validated, the application cannot be modified. The ranking list will be compiled by the system
according to the data provided by the students so it will be impossible to include or exclude exams that
have been inserted erroneously. For this reason, including a number of exams that is different from the
number established by the selection will automatically lead to the exclusion of the student from the
ranking list.
Students who opt for the second semester and are enrolled in their final year probably will NOT be able
to graduate in time in July after having terminated their Erasmus scholarship because time is needed to
validate the exams taken abroad. In these cases, it will be ossible to graduate in October of the same
year .
IN CASES WHERE STUDENTS FAIL TO FOLLOW THE REGULATIONS OF THE ERASMUS OFFICE OR THE TERMS LAID OUT
IN THE CALL, THEIR ERASMUS PERIOD WILL NOT BE VALIDATED
Please note: This English version of the call is made only for publicity purposes. For enforcing the call,
resolving any dispute and for all legal purposes only the Italian version is valid.
