The Dining Car puts on its Sunday bestso let the train take the strain

Sundays can be a busy day for the cook of the house so why don’t you give them a break and let the train

take the strain with one of our Sunday services.

Additional children £12.50 each (no concessions).

All regular Dining Car services run in conjunction with the main timetable.

Due to the popularity of the Dining Car, advancebooking is essential. All reservations must be made at

least 24 hours in advance. It’s easy to make a reservation,simply call the booking clerk at Douglas Station,

Your train journey and meal must bepaid for at the time of booking.

Boarding for the Dining Car will commence30 minutes before the train’s prompt departure. You can

pre-order your arrival drinks for your convenience.

It is advisable to make group bookingsone week in advance.

How to make a reservation

Built in 1905 and lovingly restored by Isle of Man Railways in 2013, the beautifully appointed Dining Car is one of

only a handful of narrow gauge dining cars in the world.

Bookings are now being taken forsmall and large groups up to 66 people.
