Intro Week Programme for Level 1 BA History & Music Students 2018-19 Please note: You will also be required to attend events with the Music Department.

You are expected to attend every event outlined below, with the exception of the various fairs.

Monday 17th September (Intro Week)

10.00-11.00 Department Introductory Meeting (Workroom 4, 38 Mappin Street)

This event will provide you with key information for Intro Week and you will receive your registration form.

11.00-12.00 Welcome to the University (Octagon Centre) Tuesday 18th September Please ensure you take your registration form received on Monday 17th Sept. to Unrestricted Module Enrolment.

14.30-15.00 Immigration Registration for International Students (Discovery Rooms, Level 5, Students’ Union)

14.30-15.30 Unrestricted Module Enrolment Event (Octagon Centre) Please only attend the Unrestricted Module Enrolment event, if you have less than 120 credits.

From 15.00 University Registration (Sports Hall, Goodwin Centre)

Thursday 20th September 10.00-11.30 History Departmental Welcome Day (Richard Roberts Auditorium) You will meet members of staff from both History & other University departments.

12.00-15.00 Meetings with Personal Tutors (further details will be given at Departmental Registration) The meeting will be one hour during this three-hour period.

9.00-16.00 Faculty of Arts and Humanities IT Induction Drop-in Day (Jessop West Foyer) Please feel free to drop in and see us with any questions about IT services in the University and Faculty. More information can be found here: https://sites.google.com/sheffield.ac.uk/arts-it/student-induction
