3 We are happy to come back and discussour quotation with you and compare it on alike for like basis with competitor quotes.

3 Once you have decided to proceed, ourin-house architect will visit and get theplanning process started and we will manage this through to final permissionsand building regulation approvals. The cost of this is included in our fixed pricewhere stated.

3 Before the projectstarts we will agree astart date with youand come back andmeet you with ourforeman who will runyour project on-site.
