  • ST. THERESA AND ST. MARY PARISHES JUNE 11, 2017

    2nd Annual St. Theresa's/St. Mary's

Deep Sea Fishing Trip! Deacon Wayne is once again looking for folks

to take up the challenge and brave the mighty

Atlantic for a day of Cod, Haddock and

    Pollack fishing aboard the Yellowbird.

The date for this season's adventure is

Sunday 8/20/17. The boat departs Hampton

Harbor promptly at 7:30 am and returns at

4:00 pm. The cost per person is $75 if we get

    29 anglers.

Signup sheets are in the Narthex at

St. Theresa's and in the Vestibule at St. Mary's

or you can send Deacon Wayne an email to

    sign up - [email protected].

Looking forward to another awesome day on

    the water!

ITS ALL ABOUT LOVE Sunday, June 25 at 3 PM

    St. John the Baptist Church

    10 School Street, Suncook, NH

Please join us for a concert presented by Marie-Line

Morin, Soprano, with music from Puccini, Bach, and

Gounod. There will also be Inspirational hymns,

selections from Les Miserables (I Dreamed a Dream,

Bring Him Home), and classic French love songs

(Plaisir dAmour.) The concert celebrates St. Jean

Baptiste, Patron of French Canadians, and all are

invited to become a little bit French on that day,

as we are all a little bit Irish on St. Patricks Day.

Free will offerings will be gratefully accepted and

proceeds will benefit a Listening Ministry project,

supported and encouraged by Bishop Peter A. Libasci

    Come, listen, and enjoy.

    Recently Welcomed Into Our

    Faith Community

    Elouise Yvette Armstrong,

daughter of Nate and Alyssa Armstrong

was baptized June 4th at St. Theresa

    by Father Marcel

    Jackson Reed Sutherland,

son of Steven and Rebecca Sutherland

was baptized on June 4th at St Mary

    by Deacon Wayne

    May God Bless them all!

ARE YOU STRESSED? Yes, are you stressed over all the

terrorist bombings and other disasters in the world? Are

you stressed by our and other leaders of the world? Are

you stresses at your job? Could relationships be better in

    your home, work, acquaintances?

If you have answered YES to any of these questions, know

there is a wonderful relief. Come to talk to Jesus in the Blessed

Sacrament. He is present on the altar each Wednesday evening

from 6-7 pm and Wednesday morning from 9:00-1:30/12:00.

He waits to help you distress by talking to him. Just sit there and

tell Him all your worries, your frustrations etc. You can even

tell Him what you see would be a solution to the problems. He

will listen. Will Jesus use your solution? Maybe not, and maybe

yes. Only He knows what is best and in what time. Don't be-

come impatient, just keep coming and asking. Just like the

woman kept asking the corrupt judge to render a just decision,

God WILL answer in His time, unfortunately not always as

quickly as we in this world would like. But as they say with the

lottery, you can't win if you don't buy a ticket. You won't get an

answer to your stress if you don't ask Jesus. Stop on your way

home from work, stay 15 minutes the first time and you will see

the calming effect it will have and soon you will be staying the

    entire hour.

SERVERS FOR ST. THERESA AND ST. MARY

We want to take a moment to thank you all for your

service to the Lord through your ministries. Ministry

is an important aspect of service to the Church and

one aspect of any good ministry is scheduling.

At this time we are working on the ministry

assignment for the months of July, August and

September. Since it is so important that the presiding

Priest and Deacon know who is serving, we

respectfully request that you contact us with the Mass

time(s) you would prefer to serve at and which

weekends you are unavailable to serve. Also, please

let us know if you have flexibility in your Mass

    attendance schedule.

It is extremely important that you contact the office

with the requested information this week. PLEASE

    email us at [email protected].

If you are unable to email please call us at 428-3325.

Given that this is so important, if we dont hear from

by June 12 we will assume you no longer wish to

serve in your ministry and will remove your name

    from the active lists.

Thank you in advance for your help in making our

celebration of the Liturgy a holy and moving

experience by your cooperation with this request.
