GENERAL REMARKS

The Blueberry Farm offers purchasers the fantastic opportunity to acquire a rurally located Blueberry Farm with facilities

use. Extending some 12,000 blueberry plants across approximately 6 acres.

DIRECTIONS

From Whitchurch proceed on the A495 towards to Ellesmere. After approximately 9 km (opposite Bettisfield Park) turn

left towards Bettisfield. Proceed for approximately 1 km where just after the church which is located on your right hand

side there is a bridge over the former railway. Turning right immediately after the bridge takes you through the old station

and back under the bridge onto the former line which is now a track where the Blueberry Farm is located after

approximately 500 metres.

ROSEMARY BARN

A former dairy of brick construction with slate, steel

profile and box profile polycarbonate roof, the property

benefits from well insulated ceilings and walls where

wood cladding has been used instead of brick. The

property has planning permission for conversion to a

THE BLUEBERRY FARM

Located either side of the access track are

approximately 6 acres of blueberry plants. Totalling

12,000 in total approximately 9,000 were planted in

2007, 1,000 in 2010 and 2,000 in 2014. Carefully

Rainbird irrigation system and wire based netting

system the Blueberry Farm is about to enter maturity

in the next couple of years with the expected li fe of a

mature plant to be up to 40 years. In excess of 10,000

indigenous hardwood species of trees surround all
