  • Important Information from the Director of SecurityPet Policy

I have recently received several complaints about residents walking their dogs off leash. This is not

only a violation of Club rules and regulations, but it is also a Collier County ordinance violation. It was

also brought to my attention that pet waste is not being picked up as well. Please review the Club Pet Policy below and be a responsible pet owner. Pets off leash can unintentionally cause injury to walkers and bicyclists or themselves, especially with

    the increase in vehicle traffic.

  • Pets are a privilege, not a right. Pets are limited to cats or dogs and a maximum of

two pets per household. (No pit-bull or pit-bull like breeds) are allowed.

Pets cannot be left unattended on a lanai. Pets must be on a leash when outside. Owners must

clean up after their pets. Pets are not permitted in the clubhouse, fitness center and pool areas, on

the tennis courts, golf course or any Common areas of the Association. Tenants are not allowed pets

    at any time.

Dress CodeAs a reminder, going “shirtless” while exercising or biking through the community is not allowed,

everyone should be properly attired. I receive several calls a week regarding this policy, so please remind your guests to dress accordingly

Click here for Bike Safety informationTraffic Violation Policy

This is a new policy, everyone will start with a clean slate, so if you have already received a warning letter from me on a previous violation it will not count as your first warning. Obviously the club’s goal is to have a violation free community for the safety

of our residents and guests, but based on my previous traffic enforcement operations, I’m unfortunately going to be very busy. PLEASE SLOW DOWN!

    Visitor Access Passes

Beginning January 1st, 2015, all visitor access passes will be issued at the Security Gatehouse. Our security system software was recently updated and we now have the ability to issue passes with

printed barcodes. The passes can also be issued for up to thirty (30) days for owners, lessees and guests if authorized. Vendors will still only be authorized for one day passes. When entering the

community, the pass is presented to the security officer and then scanned with a handheld scanner, which automatically enters the guest into the database. This process will be more

convenient for the guest, as well as, ensure an accurate record of all vehicles that enter into the community. Lessees also have the option of purchasing a barcode at the clubhouse to avoid

having to enter through the guest lane if they prefer.

    Visitor Authorization Analysis

    GOLF COURSE ACTIVITIES

Due to recent complaints and as a reminder, owners are responsible for the conduct of their residents, tenants and guests at all times. No one is allowed to engage in any activity other than

golf on the golf course….no walking, cycling, pets, Frisbee, ball playing, practice golf, etc. There are designated bicycle lanes for bike riders. Please contact Security at (239) 455-6392

    to report any violations.

    COMMUNITY LAKES

The large ponds at the entrance to Heritage Bay are reserved for fishing. No skiing, boating, swimming or fishing is allowed in any of the club common area lakes. Children must be

accompanied by an adult when walking along the edge of a pond. Feeding or taunting alligators is prohibited and subject to a $500.00 State of Florida fine.
