The Auriga Kore Network is designed to meet the contribution demands of the Broadcast and Webcast sectors. Through its fully redundant star-topology configuration, the Network links incoming live IP video feeds from around the World to client playout and major broadcast centres. It additionally connects with all major content delivery networks Designed from the ground-up to meet the rigorous Service Level demands of Live Video Contribution the Network’s SLA is written to 99.999% availability, presenting consistent network quality irrespective of source or destination. Auriga Kore provides fully managed turnkey services or just the parts required including either satellite or terrestrial connectivity over a fully managed private network, on a long-term or short terms basis. The Star-Network is based on Cisco infrastructure, with the core housed at London Telehouse North in the Docklands. The Network is designed to accept incoming IP feeds from terrestrial connections and also IP satellite, with direct, point-of-presence con- nections to Satellite Teleports in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the US. All Client video feeds are re- turned via private fibre to the Kore infrastructure in London Telehouse, from where it is re-distributed to the customers’ designated destination. Interconnects within Telehouse are via gigabit on fibre or Fast Ethernet on copper. Aggregated tails from multiple terrestrial providers (including BT, C&W, 02 and others) allow end-points to be delivered at Customer premises via either leased line circuits, or uncontended, directly-managed DSL connections.

The Auriga Network has been established by a team of VSAT Industry Professionals operating in the fields of IP Video Broadcast and Mission Critical VSAT deployment for 10 years. The Team enables Live Broadcast for several major News Broadcast-ers and delivers 50+ Lives per month for a 24 Hour British News Channel.

The company runs its own 24/7 NOC based in the UK and control their own routing infrastructure in London Telehouse and can route SDI Video from its own infrastruc-ture held in BBC Television Centre.
