Expect to be challenged every step of the way. It is ideal for those who are after true change and willing to do the hard work to get there. You are guaranteed to leave with an expanded image of yourself, your work and your future – and the plans to get there. We use experiential activities, appreciative inquiry techniques, scenario planning and a process called Asking the Next Right Question (ANRQ)TM all toward learning and integrating a more enlightened approach to leadership. You will receive a copy of our book, EVOLUTIONARY WORK: Unleashing Your Potential in Extraordinary TimesTM as well as our EVOLUTIONARY WORK Tools Workbook, which you will use during and after the workshop. We will explore the latest leadership concepts such as adaptive leadership, emotional intelligence, understanding mental models, as well as building resiliency. Format: Phase One: Once you register, the work begins. You will be sent an article to inspire you for the work ahead and be asked to respond to five questions to help guide you and tailor the program to your greatest needs. One of these questions will be to state your No. 1 objective for attending this program and another will be to determine a challenge in your office that has stumped you that you would like to work on in the workshop. Please take the time for both. Phase Two: The workshop itself is one packed day for you to work from your objective, the current work challenge you brought with you to solve, and EVOLUTIONARY WORK exercises from the book and workbook. By the end of the workshop you will have developed a strategic leadership plan and timeline for yourself and your office. We will discuss how to best implement your plan within your office – no time to let the dust accumulate. Optional: 1-1 Coaching Session – This one-hour session is scheduled after the workshop to keep yourself accountable and to review your strategic plan developed during the workshop.
