Marketing and Information Management
The reason AIESEC in Vijayawada is now one of the most happening organizations in
the city is MIM’s hard work and perseverance.
Facebook promotion and success-
MIM has been continuously posting Posters and updating the AIESEC Vijayawada page.
We have also been conducting public competitions regarding various events in
Facebook.
With a collective effect of the whole Aryans team we have shared and liked everything
related to AIESEC.
Every member has tagged AIESEC Vijayawada page in all of their post and promoted it.
Reaching the Youth:
We made sure that AIESEC in Vijayawada has been branded properly by all our means.
There is a very good communication among the whole of the Aryans team via many
different means.
We mostly used google groups to communicate and to analyse.
We also used free SMS channels to pass on information.
Documentation of our work:
We document all the events and all GBM’s, their agendas and the GBM time.
Partnerships:
We have tied up with meraevents.com for online registrations and marketing.
We have partnered with Uniads, Vijayawada to promote AIESEC in all their hoardings.
Case studies:
We have released a series of case studies of successful entrepreneurs in Vijayawada to
make an impact and inspire the youth under the event youth to business.
Intern case studies:
We have also studied the interns and made their case studies.
Media relations:
Print and electronic media have been very supportive to AIESEC in Vijayawada.
AIESEC have made the pages of THE HINDU and many other local news papers 36
times all together.
