Richard Nixon: Was the president during the years (1969-1974) and was the only president to resign from office.

Jimmy carter: The 39th president of the united states who created the department of education and energy.

Gerald ford: The 38th president of the united states established the Gerald D. Ford institute of public policy .

The Vietnam war: The Vietnam war was located in Vietnam Laos and Cambodia.

The anti communist forces consisted of south Vietnam united states south Korea Australia Philippines along with other forces.

The Communist forces consisted of north Vietnam Viet cong Khmer rouge along with other forces.

Watergate incident: the water scandal was a ‘American political scandal’ during the presidency of Nixon it eventually lead to the indictment and conviction of Nixon's closest advisors and lastly his Resign as president of the united states.

On may 4th 1970 Four students where killed when the national guard opened fire during an anti-war demonstration at Kent state university.

An American religious cult leader Jim Jones and 900 people Temple followers die in a mass suicide in Jamestown.
