introduction

The 5th International Engineering Students Conference (IESC) is a

conference organized by Faculty of Engineering Universitas Indonesia. The

Conference will be held from 23 - 25 July 2020, in University of Indonesia Campus,

Depok, West Java, Indonesia.The 5th International Engineering Students

Conference (IESC) 2020 is aan annual conference organized by Faculty of

Engineering Universitas Indonesia, aims to provide a scientific and networking

platform for young researchers and student in Engineering and Technology fields.

The Conference will be held on 24-25 July 2020, in Depok, Indonesia.

Original papers are invited and submitted papers should not be

previously published or currently under review for any other publication,

submission of a paper should be regarded as an undertaking that, should the

paper be accepted, at least one of the authors will attend the conference to

present the paper. Field of Interest:

Guidelines for the opening ceremony

1. The opening ceremony will be held at July 24th, 2020 at 09.30 (GMT+7,

Western Indonesian Time).

2. The opening ceremony will be held using Zoom as the platform of the ceremony. The link will be sent using email.

3. All participants should attend the opening ceremony from beginning until the end of ceremony.

2. The conference day will be held from 09.00 until 16.00 (GMT+7, Western Indonesian Time)

PLATFORM

1. The conference will be separated for each field of interest.

2. The conference will be held using Google Meet platform.

3. The conference room link can be seen at the next chapter of this guidelines.

1. One group should be presented by one of the group member or all group members.

2. The duration of the presentation is 15 minutes including QnA session.

3. The presentation is on live streaming session.

4. The presenter must use english as the main language of the presentation.

5. There are non participants audience in the room.

6. The QnA session can be given by the reviewer and the audience.

7. Question can be given through the chat space that given by Google Meet.
