Picture collages and video photostory for Barack Obama Environmental PSA Eco-technology
› One of my main goals is to keep students aware of their environmental impact of technology.
› This documentary teaches students the source of electricity and the true cost of our energy use.
› The complementing project combines technology skills such as spreadsheets and word processing with activities that show students their own energy use.
› This project has been geared for middle school and has been quite successful in generating a real awareness of energy conservation.

We have a free educational license Google applications such as mail, calendar, personal website, and shared documents for our school.
Students receive an email [email protected].
Students can create and share documents with other students and teachers in real-time.
This program was piloted with middle school students and has recently been released for 4th and 5th graders.
I hope to expand this program to grades 1-8 and teachers next year.

This website was designed to be a one-stop shop for Technology Class.
The class website supports students with instant links to Email and Docs.
I also create video tutorials on new concepts for students to review at home.
Links to educational games, research resources, etc.

CRCT & Core Subject Integration
A teacher requested to integrate CRCT Research material into technology.
This prompted me to find Research standards in all grades and I have since integrated these into my technology lessons.
Provide students with links to educational games specifically geared toward areas they are having trouble with.
FLL Robotics Club This was our first year with a
Robotics Club and 1st year participating competitively.
Our team placed 3rd in the Regionals (24 schools) in both Robot Performance and Champion’s Award.
We had a great team of students and we are looking forward to improvements next year.
Currently, Robotics Club is learning to enhance the programming skills to make better use of the many sensors the robot is equipped with.
Legos Club The Lego Club for students
who are not eligible for the FLL competitive league. The interest and talent was so great among younger students, I had to make room for this group.
These students are improving their engineering skills by building complex models and thinking outside the box with building challenges.
We hope to obtain Robotics kits specially designed for this age group next year so they join the Jr. FLL.
