Permanently working as a Highly Specialist Physiotherapy Practitioner and Team Lead in the area of Elective Orthopaedics supporting 11 Orthopaedic Consultants and 70 surgical beds and day case unit Out patient Orthopaedic Clinic Has responsibility for prioritising own and department caseload to ensure effective caseload management of the service within the specialty through deployment and delegation

Continually monitors and evaluates the service provision within the unit in conjunction with Head of Rehabilitation and clinical specialist and takes full responsibility for service development Deals with complaints and disputes within physiotherapy team
