Job Responsibilities
1. To play the role of coordinator in all new projects and synchronize the deliverables of the various departments.
2. To prepare project micro schedule and initiation of activities based on that schedule3. Monitoring civil activities and update tracking the progress of projects.4. Conducting techno-commercial comparative studies of the quotes received.5. Responsible to use thorough knowledge of civil engineering including budgeting,
scheduling, planning, working drawings, specifications, codes, building materials and costs, and construction techniques. Familiar with DSR (Delhi Schedule rate)
6. To ensure speedy and timely implementation of project with high efficient Engineering services
7. Lead the Project site with group of engineers.8. Bench marking best practices and updated technology for implementation.9. Lead and participate in regularly schedule project meetings.10. Actively participates on internal team(s) that focuses on continuous improvement of the
Projects.11. Liaison with various government regulatory bodies for project approval.12. Identify /Implementation of cost saving technologies for the projects.13. Reporting to senior managers related to Projects.14. To interact with commercial department for procurement of material with time
management and quality also, checking of bills for every job carried out either it is regular or through tender.
15. Supervision of fire alarm, PA address, security, card access and other BMS system.16. To carry out civil & Interior maintenance, repair work or Renovation of the building.
