Abstract:

Recruitment is a process that to obtain the numbers and quality of employees that can be selected in order to help the organization to achieve its goals and objectives.

With the same objective, recruitment helps to create a pool of prospective employees for the organization so that the management can select the right candidate for the right job from this pool.

Introduction:

Recruitment is the process of finding and attracting capable applicants for the employment. The process begins when new recruits are sought and ends when their applicants are submitted. The result is a pool of applicants from which new employees are selected.

Internal recruitment is when the business looks to fill the vacancy from within its existing workforce.

External recruitment is when the business looks to fill the vacancy from any suitable applicant outside the business.

I prefer to recruitment because you are saving the cost and time of the firm. And you can easily to hair a suitable candidate with in our organization. And also give good chances for a high post to our employees with in our firm. And also improve the morals and organization lay ally of our employees.

Conclusion:

Recruitment is refers to the process of attraction, screening, and selecting a suitable and experience and qualified persons for a post in our firm, when you have a vacancy you are hair our organization employee for that post, when you need him.
