• Secured by the DFE based on location, availability, accessibility, deliverability and affordability

• Size of site suitable for a large secondary school with playing fields• Keresforth Close, off Broadway• Location relevant to central planning area and new housing developments• Traffic and travel is part of the planning application process. The

DFE/contractor team address this.• Permanent build would likely be open in 2022 or 2023. Until such time

temporary buildings would be utilised to provide the provision
