– IT services contract to IRS & other Treasury bureaus – scope does not include COTS

purchases but necessary technology can be acquired through task orders

– TIPSS-4 Small Business also exists, focusing on cyber security &

$M FY13 FY14 • EFTPS enables both business and individual taxpayers to pay all

their federal taxes electronically via phone, Internet (www.eftps.gov),

Fedwire, ACH credit, credit cards, or via a third party to initiate tax

payments.

• Planned FY13 accomplishments include migration of certain

applications to new systems, implementation of enhanced fraud

detection, modernization of interactive voice response, and

development of a customer web service portal.
