Kennedy is proud to offer the Business Specialist High Skills Major Program and the Information and Communication Technology High Skills Major Program. Students graduating from either program will receive a special designation on their diploma which is recognized by post secondary educational institutions, employers and the community. T. L. Kennedy is also proud to offer the International and Executive Leadership Academy. This four year program enables students to build leadership capacity through course work, community outreach, extra- curricular activities and a variety of enhanced initiatives. INTERNATIONALANDEXECUTIVELEADERSHIPACADEMY

The International and Executive Leadership Academy is a four-year rigorous and technologically engaging curriculum designed to develop active and engaged citizens in the global community. This Academy will teach students to be the leaders of the 21st century by teaching responsibility and developing their personal, civic, community and global leadership skills. Over four years, students will also have the opportunity to obtain the prestigious Duke of Edinburgh Award, an internationally recognized award of distinction. The International and Executive Leadership Academy dovetails with T. L. Kennedy’s existing Specialist High Skills Majors (SHSM) for students in grade 11. Upon completing the requirements of the International and Executive Leadership Academy pathway, students will earn the International and Executive Leadership Diploma and receive a “red seal” SHSM designation on their OSSD at graduation.
