The focus of the care and support is to promote confidence and independence in residents. Our services are delivered by staff trained and experienced in the demands of people with complex mental health needs. Using the Recovery Approach, we work with residents to help them regain control of their lives.

    Service Aims

Offending behaviour- We aim to reduce and eliminate offending behaviour, supporting and facilitating residents to make choices about the way they wish to lead their lives so they are no longer involved in the Criminal Justice System. We work closely with other agencies such as Probation and Drug & Alcohol Services to provide our clients with a comprehensive program of support.

Ferrini House provides supported accommodation to single, homeless men aged over 18 who are ex-offenders with substance misuse issues.

We recognise that some of our residents’ lives have been, or still are, chaotic. Therefore we provide structured and flexible support programs, such as the Recovery approach, to prepare people for independent living. Each resident is allocated a keyworker. Our support is tailored to each resident’s individual needs allowing them to gain confidence and embrace the skills of everyday living.

We are staffed by an experienced team of Supported Housing Officers who are headed by a Project Manager. We provide 24 hour staffing, and security.
