HAVE OUR COACHES STAY WITH YOUR FAMILY The coaches of the British Soccer camp will stay with local families in your community for the duration of the camp week. This has become one of the most popular elements of Challenger’s British Soccer Camp program. Each year we receive hundreds of emails from families telling us what an incredible time they had hosting one of our coaches. In return, not only will you receive a rebate of up to $80 towards the cost of your summer soccer camp fees, but more importantly you will enjoy a unique week learning about the UK, learning about soccer and building lasting friendships with our staff.

This is a great opportunity to get to know the coaches and host them during the camp. Please let IMYSA know if you are interested in hosting a coach.

Functional Movement Screen The Functional Movement Screen is an assessment that documents movement patterns that are key to normal function. By assessing these patterns, the FMS identifies functional limitations and asymmetries. These are issues that can reduce the effects of functional training and physical conditioning and distort body awareness. The FMS generates the Functional Movement Screen Score, which is used to target problems and track progress. This scoring system is directly linked to the most beneficial corrective exercises to restore mechanically sound movement patterns. The FMS score is used to track progress and identify exercises that will be most effective to restore proper movement and build strength.
