Observations• Oil and grease has been observed in the FAB I so this needs to be removed at preliminary stage by
constructing oil and grease trap . This may constructed by department also• Return sludge is being fed in to FAB I . Normally in MBBR return sludge is not fed • STP was not running at Full capacity at the time of visit and no discharge meter was installed to check the
flow• Disinfection needs to be done regularly• Handling and Disposal of sludge agreement needs to be finalized with the operator • Plant was in good working condition .• Lab should have more testing equipment• Flow meter should be installed at STP• Following officers were present during visit• 1. was 15 months and it was completed June 17 2009 .The delay needs to be explained .and cost overruns if any needs to be checked .
