• We will check if we have existing web properties in your preferred location/s. If we have an available web property in your industry, simply fill out the agreement below to get started. We bill automatically in arrears every month for the amount of lead calls you received.

• For a new web property location an upfront payment of 30-50 consumable credits is required. Why? We invest thousands building new web properties which can take 2 to 3 months to begin delivering and scaling leads. This ensures we still have a commitment when the web property is ready to start sending leads.

• How many web properties? Most businesses are limited to a single location for local lead marketing activities. With our local web properties you can scale multiple web properties to saturate a single location or expand wider to new locations. We recommend investing in 3 web properties to ensure a consistent flow of leads every month. Continue scaling to more web properties as your business expands.

HOW DO YOU RECEIVE THE LEADS?

We will setup a phone redirect on our web properties so all enquiries are instantly routed to your existing phone number. Unlike Google Advertising, we filter out marketing calls so they don’t make it through and waste your time and if they do make it through we don’t charge you for them.

The leads from each web property are exclusive to you and not resold to any other business. You just select a target service area, let us know roughly how many calls you can handle and we do the rest. If your web property doesn’t start generating calls within 4 months we will refund your total investment. If you purchased 30 or 50 lead credits and they are not all allocated to qualified calls within 12 months we refund the difference.

Order Form

Buy Leads Online is a product of HCC Projects Pty Ltd.

Pay Per Lead services for new locations require an upfront lead bond of 30 to 50 credits OR a contractual agreement without a lead bond and can take 2 to 3 months before lead enquiries begin to scale. Leads will be deducted from the leads bond until all 30 or 50 lead credits are allocated. If there are lead credits remaining after a 12 month period from the initial purchase the client can request a refund of remaining lead credits not allocated to call enquiries. Please note that temporary features suspended by Google may cause short delays in service delivery which may extend guarantee time periods in place.

All Web Properties and Intellectual material developed under this agreement will remain the property & ownership of HCC Projects Pty Ltd unless a web property is purchased outright by the client.

Intellectual ownership includes: site design, branding, content, domain, hosting, third party links, ad accounts, Google My Business accounts and all sales material.

Any outright purchase of a web property will pass all intellectual ownership of the above to the client who will be responsible for all future marketing management and optimisation for leads to continue. We can assist with continued management of web properties purchased outright to ensure calls to continue each month.
