The Regents Online Campus Collaborative is a cooperative online effort with 6 universities, 13 community colleges and 26 technology centers in Tennessee.

Established through a special partnership with Western Governors University. WGU Indiana was developed to serve the needs of Indiana citizens.
WGU Indiana offers 50 accredited bachelor’s and master’s degrees in high-demand fields.

The growth rate surpassed12-percent increase last year. Dwarfs 1.2 percent growth rate seen in higher-education student population overall.

SEATTLE -- The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation announced the Next Generation Learning Challenges, a collaborative, multi-year initiative to help improve college readiness and completion in the US using eLearning technology.
The program will provide grants to innovators and
organizations in order to expand the use of technology tools for students, teachers, and schools.
New Initiative Will Advance the Best Uses of Technology to Improve College Readiness and Completion
Increase use blended learning models, i.e., combine face-to-face instruction with eLearning activities.
Deepening students’ learning and engagement with interactive applications, e.g., digital games, interactive video, simulations, and social media.
Support access of high-quality open courseware, especially for high- enrollment introductory classes - which may show lower rates of student success.
Help institutions, instructors, and students with learning analytics – tools that monitor student progress in real-time and customize support tools and interventions.
