Circulation PolicyCirculation Policy

• Fines

– A notice to remind you to return borrowed items is

sent by e-mail 3 days before due date. Fines accrue

on overdue books at NT$2 per day, per book, and on

audio-visual items at NT$10 per day, per item.  For

lost and damaged items, patrons are charged for

replacement costs.

• Information Service– Reference and Information Services can be

requested in person, over telephone, or by email.  The services offered by the Staff at Reference Desk include individual/small group consultation, instructional support in using databases, and assistance in searching and locating materials from various information resources.
