Annotation 2 weeks of intensive teaching and training of the students in a range of areas covering the Certificate II Hospitality Kitchen Operations. We prepared and presented a range of fine dining quality menu items. Good rapport with administration team in equipping students with the skills for the signature college program.

Annotation My students and I have worked hard to ensure a good relationship with the P & C and we continue to enjoy their recognition and endorsement through providing exemplar hospitality events and menus. The P & C is an avid contributor of significant funding for the restaurant and hospitality program. The hospitality program works hard to meet the expectations of the community.
