Candidate Screening and Selection
We can manage responses from your Media Activity in a variety of ways.
CV Screening – We will screen CV’s according to the agreed criteria and select the most suitable Candidates to go
through to the next phase of the Recruitment Process.
Online Applications – Using your ATS system or Talent Engine we can review Candidates who have been screened
within the systems, select those who have been deemed suitable according to your criteria and potentially progress them
to the next phase of the Recruitment Process.
Telephone Interview – We will conduct a Telephone Interview with the most suitable Candidates which provides an
opportunity for the Candidate to learn more about your Company and the Job Role, improving the Candidate Experience
and brand perception. Questions can be tailored to help identify key attributes you are looking for in the Ideal Candidate
and whether there is genuine interest in working for your Company.
Additional Screening – You may want to assess suitable candidates further inviting them to participate in an Assessment
prior to or after interview. We can facilitate this as well as the Interview booking to ensure consistency in the Recruitment
Process and communication with the Candidate.

Thousands of Candidates now register their CV’s with our Job Board partners who provide us with advanced filters such
as Location, Specialism and Education which allows us to search and select suitable CV’s to review. In addition we network
through LinkedIn for some Job Roles. This proactive approach enables us to talk about your company and sell the features
and benefits of a Job Role to potential Candidates whose skills, knowledge and experience have been screened prior to

Stakeholder Surveys
We will conduct regular surveys with both Candidates and Managers regarding their experience of the Recruitment
Process. This can be completed in a number of ways, one of these being through our Survey Tool within Talent Engine.
This can be based on an NPS (Net Promoter Score) model or a series of questions upon which answers will be scored and
formulated to form a report/outcome.
This information can prove invaluable when looking to improve or change the Recruitment Process as it will highlight any
areas of concern or success.
Referencing
Using our AdaptiV Referencing solution will add value in a number of ways:
• We will provide a dedicated and consistent resource, ensuring that all references are verified for every employee in
line with Best Practice Guidelines.
• We will systematically chase the return of references working within a specified timeframe, providing structure and
visibility of progress to complete the on boarding process for all employees.
• Where possible we will minimise cost by obtaining (company) email addresses for referees and request references
using this route, saving on postage and stationery.
• Enable current internal resource being used to manage the reference process to focus on alternative tasks and
projects.

Talent Engine is our smart cloud Candidate Management Toolset, designed to offer you time-saving operational benefits and real-time
reporting across your recruitment activities. It is available as a standalone service or you can use it to complement our Fully Managed
or AdaptiV solutions.
• Talent Engine provides the tools necessary to manage both the skills within your existing employees and the skills gap created by
vacant positions within your business.
• Talent Engine allows for the creation of skills and experience profiles for prospective, new and existing employees; keeping all
records up-to-date within a live database environment.
• The system can be branded to meet the corporate identity of a Client.
• The skills matrix within the Candidate Management Toolset can be used to meet campaign objectives, identifying prospective and
existing employees with the appropriate skills to fulfil them. The Skills Matrix uses a unique scoring system to automate much of this
process.
• For multi-site organisations the Candidate Management Tools build a centralised talent bank, enabling the easy deployment of skills
from either prospective or existing employees.
• The transition from your current candidate portal to Talent Engine will be completed by our in-house developers. The transfer of data
can be completed by agreement and this can be discussed with us when scoping- out your Talent Engine needs.
