Tourism, Hospitality and Events Conference (THE Conference) will provide an opportunity for organisations and individuals to showcase products and services to a targeted market of practitioners, academics, policy developers, researchers and consultants from senior secondary schools, colleges, public, enterprise and private Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), Regional Tourism Organisations, universities, government agencies and industry.

The entitlements in this document are offered on the basis that the sponsor receives confirmation from the Marketing, Conference & Events Manager before 31 May 2017. All information is correct at time of publication. Velg Training reserves the right to amend these packages subject to changes in the program format. Upon completion of the sponsorship application form, you are entering into a legal agreement.

Catering: Each sponsorship option clearly indicates the included catering. Please read carefully how many representatives are catered for. Additional staff representatives manning the exhibition display or wishing to attend sessions will incur additional charges.

THE CONFERENCE OFFERS TWO SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES. THE PACKAGES OUTLINED ARE DESIGNED TO PROVIDE MAXIMUM BRAND EXPOSURE THROUGH AN INTEGRATED MARKETING PLAN IN ADDITION TO PROVIDING A COST EFFECTIVE OPPORTUNITY TO MEET TARGET MARKETS FACE-TO-FACE.

SPONSORS WILL BENEFIT FROM ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION IN THE LEAD UP TO THE EVENT AS WELL AS POST EVENT COVERAGE.

Sponsorship Payment: Payment options are outlined on the Sponsorship Application & Payment Form – We accept Electronic Funds Transfer or credit card. Velg Training will issue a paid tax invoice upon receipt of payment. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing to, and acknowledged by, the Marketing, Conference & Events Manager. Refunds will only be granted if notice of cancellation of sponsorship is given by no later than 15 June 2017. Cancellation's received before this date will be entitled to a full refund, less an administration fee of 10% of the total sponsorship option chosen. After this date no refunds will apply.

HOW TO BECOME A SPONSOR

To submit an application, complete and return the sponsorship and exhibition form, including payment details. Sponsorship opportunities are limited - returning an application form does not guarantee a place.

Once the application form has been received, the Marketing, Conference and Events Manager will send a confirmation email, including a paid tax invoice and full details of entitlements. Full payment is required at time of application.
