Tervita’s liquid/ liquid centrifugal separator uses “G”- forces generated by centrifugal motion to separate immiscible liquids of different densities. This principle of accelerated seling enables different phases of fluid to separate much quicker. An AC inverter drive controller provides for precise control of the rotor speed. This process typically produces pipeline quality oil with a BS&W of <1% that can be pumped back to the customer for sale. It also produces a water cut that typically has an oil concentration of <150 PPM. By combining the centrifuge with our proprietary systems and extensive operating experience, Tervita was approved for deployment with the oil spill recovery. Tervita has been operating this technology for over 10 years and believes that with our technology and expertise we can assist with any oil spill recovery effort. tervita.com Advantages • Oil Spill Response • Oil Dehydration • Standby During Drilling Operations • Permanently Docked Standby Vessels Advantages of Using ConSep System • Protects the Environment • Reclaims Valuable Hydrocarbons • Maintains Lile to No Disposal Cost • Utilizes Modular Design Providing Opportunity for Use on Smaller Vessels • Provides Pipeline Quality Oil Canada Operations 500, 140–10 Ave. S.E.
