MARKET MAPPING is a custom-made solution for clients who are not sure of the possibility of finding the ideal person or when a “future” role will be open soon, not necessarily with a fully defined profile. It is the process of collecting market information by assessing prospective candidates from a distance without interviewing them or conducting a full search.
It saves time and offers valuable insights into the market that can facilitate decision making in the case of confidential projects.

TALENT MONITORING involves continuous and thorough screening of the market for talent based on the client's specific requirements. We identify top talent, conduct full interviews with them, prepare evaluations and share this information with the client over a period of time.
Talent Monitoring is the ideal proposal when a client has multiple roles or would like to hire numerous people for the same role over a period of 3-9 months. The best people are constantly monitored so that the hidden talent in the market can be uncovered and employed by the client eventually.

Mark Hamill - Global Managing Director
Mark has conducted executive search for more than eight years and has completed over 250 searches. He has placed in mid to senior level across all sectors in the CEE and Russian markets with a special focus on Automotive, FMCG & Retail sectors. Prior to executive search, Mark worked as an International Marketing Manager for Heineken in Dublin and Prague. In addition to his native English, Mark speaks Czech, Spanish and conversational French.
