Criteria for Judging:Speech Content: 30%, Pronunciation: 20%, Delivery: 20%, Creativity: 15%Voice Quality: 15% Total 100%

Duration of Speech: Minimum of 3 minutes, maximum of 5 minutes

Prizes: 1st, 2nd, 3rd Local Tour Packages, gifts certificates, etc.
