Criteria for applicants

(1) pass in 4 core subjects and all elective subjects in the

mock examination;

(2) obtain passing average mark in the mock examination;

and

(3) obtain grade B or above in conduct;

(4) Submit application letter to Ms. Lo Wai-man via class

teacher on or before 3 Jan, 2019 (Thur).

(Late submission will not be accepted.)

Successful applicants will be notified by class teacher.

1. 已報考2019年香港中學文憑考試(HKDSE)；

2. 成績優異，符合擬修讀本港大學*課程的入學資格，並於2019年9月前取得錄取通知書（此為後補資料）；

3. 積極參與學校及/或社區活動，對社區有承擔；及

4. 在獲大學取錄後，將為家庭中第一代入讀大學的學生

(即父母或祖父母均沒有大學學位）。

*八間由香港的大學教育資助委員會撥付公帑資助的院校（按英文名稱排列）包括：香港城市大學、香港浸會大學、嶺南大學、香港中文大學、香港教育大學、香港理工大學、香港科技大學及香港大學

Nomination Criteria

1. The nominees through the School Principal's Nominations (SPN)

Scheme under JUPAS can at the same time be nominated to this

Scheme, but they must put our programmes (not including Higher

Diploma in Early Childhood Education) as their Band A choices in order

to meet the eligibility requirement.

2. Normally, each school can nominate up to TEN S6 students to the

Scheme with a maximum of TWO choosing our non-teacher education

programmes in complementary disciplines (i.e. publicly-funded BA /

Bsoc Sc programmes) and the other choosing our BEd programmes.

3.The nominees must have:

demonstrated a high standard of academic performance or strong

achievements in a non-academic area (such as in sports / music /

visual arts), and be prepared to commit themselves to our society;

been rated "excellent" or "good" in ALL of the 13 attributes in the

School Reference Report; and put their selected programmes as their

Band A choices in JUPAS.

Achievements in non-academic fields do not include

HKDSE or school academic results.

Applicants must have attained a very high

standard in the non-academic fields in the past 3

years, as supported by documentary evidence.

Awards of inter-class competitions normally will

not be considered.
