Introduction

• When a Deaf person is working around the office.

• They need to informed of e-mail updates.• This can be done by connecting an email to a

cell phone via Bluetooth.• Deaf people use SMSs and Vibrations the most

on their cell phones.

User Requirement Document (URD)

• An update is send to the phone via Bluetooth

• The phone vibrates to alert the user of the new inbox mail

Requirement Analysis Document (RAD)

• Receiving the e-mail.• Gmail API sends a Signal to a win32

application.• Win32 application runs Bluetooth code.• Bluetooth code sends an SMS.• Mobile phone vibrates.• SMS received on the mobile phone.

Project Road Map• Had a meeting with the some stakeholders

and gathered their requirements.• Analyzed the data collected.• I will perform user interface specifications and

make a simulator.• Perform high & low level designs then

implement the solution.• Testing & debugging.
