SRS SLUDGE RECEIVING STATIONArea of use Meva Sludge Receiving Station SRS is used for mechanical treatment of septic sludge from tank lorries. Meva SRS consists of a Meva Rotoscreen and a Meva Screw Wash Press.
The equipment is delivered in an already assembled, compact tank in stainless steel. The result is a versatile and efficient solution with high reliability.
The sludge receiving station delivers a clean and dry sludge, resulting in reduced sludge volume meaning reduced transport- and deposit costs.
FunctionSludge is fed into the tank and led through the Meva Rotoscreen, where it is cleaned from solids. Thereafter, the screenings are washed, dewatered and pressed in a screw wash press. The washed and dewatered screenings are transported to a container by a discharge pipe or an optional Counter Pressure Screw CPS.
The entire treatment process takes place in a compact, enclosed system which reduces common odour problems to a minimum.
The fine screen can be equipped with a spray bar to increase the screening efficiency. Meva Rotoscreen is insensitive to grease, rags and sand and therefore well suited for receiving sludge. It can be supplied with a 3 or 6 mm slot width.
