    111. Art Attacks: students fold an 8 1/2x11 piece of paper 3 times in

    half making 8 rectangles and sketch a doodle

    everyday theyre in art class. This counts for participation and counts

    for 8 points in my grade book. It also tells me

    112. I use art folders for my 4-6 graders. I collect simple drawings, art

    wordfinds, and anything that they can do on their

    own. I have a box of paper for the art folders. When they are done with

    the class project, they get out their art folder

    (which never leaves the room) and work. I keep the folders in labeled

    boxes.

    cardboard, found objects, and paper mach Before we
