How to Make a Simple Sketchbook

Thread the needle with embroidery floss and run the floss over wax.

Poke the needle through the middle hole from the outside in.from the outside in.

Tie the two ends together andclose the book.

Poke the needle through the tophole and pull the thread from outsidein.

Pull the threadback throughthe middlehole from inside out.

Pull the floss throughthe middle hole leavingabout a 3 inch tail.

Poke the needle through the bottom hole and pull the floss through from the through from the inside out.

Start with 5 sheets of blankcopy paper and one sheetof colored cardstock.

Place the paper on a towel or self healing mat poke three

holes into the fold.

=Fold each sheet of paper inhalf and nest the copy paper

inside the cardstock.
