Will it live in the trees or on the floor of the forest? 3) What will your creature eat? Will it be a producer (E.g plants that provide food for animals to eat), consumer ( an animal that eats a plant or another animal) or a predator (an animal that will eat other animals for its food)? 4) What colour will it be? Is it camouflaged (changes colour to match the object it is on as a way to hide)? 5 ) What will the name of your creature be?

The children will be moving onto learning about Rainforests and the different animals that live there, the climate etc. This week’s Literacy/English home learning is for your child to design/create a ‘Creature’ that could live in the Rainforest.

You will need to think about:1) Is the creature a bird, a mammal (a warm blooded animal that has hair or fur, eg a bear) or an insect?
