Foreword

CEO of SiT Libenter would like to present Strategic Implementation Plan for speeding up the transformation of desultory society into healthy, happy and well connected „living organism“.

The plan outlines ideas on how to best harness knowledge of the leading edge of science and innovative consciousness, media and ICT methods, techniques and technologies. It highlights actions needed to create the right framework conditions to make our homeland better place to live and to do business in, to reduce communication redundancy, scarcity thought forms and to accelerate growth of consciousness.

The SiT Libenter team in cooperation with consultants will continue to work on an Operational Plan which will set out in further detail how we believe SiT Libenter – Connection2Perfection concept should move forward.

Executive Summary

Web is a focal point for our economies and societies at large, particularly because of on-going informatization in overall society, and the trend towards increasingly interconnected and benevolent economies.

To meet objectives under these circumstances, population need to have an opportunity to access the knowledge of the leading edge of science, to connect, to be empowered to express their own unique potential and to trade the products of their unique potentials. This challenge needs to be achieved in a smart way: people need to be empowered by providing them insight through free access to knowledge of the leading edge of science, virtual presence that would help them to connect to each other and to collaborate by exchanging processes, products and services (picture 1).

Main obstacles in overcoming this challenge is the dispersion of knowledge, lack of unified context and language knowledge, lack of business competence and computer illiteracy.

Strategic Implementation Plan (SIP) concentrates on four priority areas:

The Plan puts forward six enablers on the main theme of empowerment and four subthemes. Four subthemes are: Insight, Collaboration, Access, and Connection. To successfully implement this SIP, the forthcoming Operational Plan, and develop these four subthemes and six enablers, we have proposed a number of actions:

1. Creating an education hub that will provide a leading edge science knowledge database in local language2. Unleashing the full potential of people3. 4. Information Technology: the systems, information, computers and other devices, telecommunications systems and the networks they make up. IT enables connection between people and process by automating or supporting steps, capturing, presenting information, managing or expediting the workflow

5. Policies and rules: the rules and policies established by the SiT Libenter to guide or constrain business processes, as well as applicable laws and regulations. SL Point enables a recognition and provides guarantee of quality, accuracy and benevolence of a product, service, performance, person or company.

6. Facilities: the workplace design and physical infrastructure such as equipment, furniture, lighting, air quality and ambient noise provide a stress-free and empowering energetic environment.

The purpose of SiT Libenter Connection2PerfectionSL concept is to empower people to tap into and express their own unique potential and to contribute with their own creation to the emerging world. It is a world of information technology and the challenge of access. SiT Libenter's purpose is to be a linking point, communication and knowledge hub providing virtual presence to the population with lack of IT, communication and business knowledge. The goal is to empower people to connect and trade services, goods and exchange value. Value is measured by SLCOINSL and SLPOINTSL. Higher value is a core of SLC2PSL concept.

SiT Libenter Connection2PerfectionSL concept is based on theoretical background that includes Integral theory (Wilber), Vortex Based Mathematics (Rodin) and new business paradigm called Benevolent Capitalism (Bowman).

Integral theory (Wilber) is a comprehensive map that weaves together the significant insights from all the major human disciplines of knowledge, including the natural and social sciences as well as the arts and humanities. It provides individuals and organizations with a powerful framework that is suitable to virtually any context and can be used at any scale. According to integral theory, there are at least four irreducible perspectives (subjective, intersubjective, objective, and interobjective) that must be consulted when attempting to fully understand any issue or aspect of reality (Esbjorn-Hargens, 2009).

Vortex Based Mathematics explains how energy is expressing itself mathematically and the source of the non-decaying spin of the electron. This math has no anomalies and shows underpinning geometry of the universe, the fabric of time itself (sacred geometry). The dimensional shape and function of the universe is being a toroid or donut-shaped black hole. This is the template for the universe, it is all within our base ten decimal system, it gives electrons their spin, and our DNA and the galaxies of the universe their spiral shape. (Rodin, 2010).

Benevolent capitalism is a form of capitalism that is driven by businesses which not only think about the short-term financial benefits, but also about building longer-term sustainable businesses that create economic, environmental and social value, that have a positive impact on society and the planet (Bowman, 2015)

The general goal of SiT Libenter Connection2PerfectionSL concept is to accelerate the closing of the communication and information gap in low ICT and business literate individuals. It is accomplished by integrating leading edge science knowledge (advanced consciousness methods, theory, teachings, techniques, technologies, and ICT).

Problem analysis

Capitalism, based on materialistic paradigm, Cartesian’s mathematics, polarity point of views and scarcity consciousness (only strongest survive, there is not enough resources for everybody) has served society very well. It has helped to reduce global poverty and expand access to health care and education. However, it has come at an enormous cost: unsustainable levels of public and private debt, excessive consumerism, and too many people who are left behind. Any system that prevents large numbers of people from fully participating or excludes them altogether will ultimately be rejected. Time showed that the system of that kind is not sustainable.

Here is crucial to be aware that it cannot be expected for system to display a greater degree of idealism or development from the degree of the average human consciousness has reached. The system is the mirror of an average level of people’s consciousness.

"No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it "(Einstein).

So, to create a sustainable, supportive, inclusive and abundant system for all people it is necessary to create solutions that are based upon Integral paradigm, Rodin’s mathematics, unity point of view and abundant consciousness.

It is practically accomplished by transferring “thinking” and making solutions from brain (polarity) to hearth (unity) and considering at least four irreducible perspectives (subjective, intersubjective, objective, and

The new form of sustainable capitalism, benevolent capitalism, also called a hearth based business, has already appeared in the world and it is spreading at the speed of racing car.

The foundation of SLC2PSL concept is based on empowerment. Empowerment is the main theme of SLC2PSL. This main theme incorporates four subthemes. Four subthemes represent basics for increasing the level of public and private abundance. Four subthemes are: collaboration; connection; access and insight. SLC2PSL puts forward six enablers on this subthemes: practice area of sustainable consciousness environment; communication and business design; IT; human potential; policies and rules and facilities.

Execution of SLC2PSL concept (whose main theme is empowerment) will be led through four priority areas: education, promotion, trade and play.

Human potential

Holacracy is a new way of running an organization that removes power from a management hierarchy and distributes it across clear roles, which can then be executed autonomously, without a micromanaging boss. The work is actually more structured than in a conventional company, just differently. With Holacracy, there is a clear set of rules and processes for how a team breaks up its work, and defines its roles with clear responsibilities and expectations:

Roles are defined around the work, not people, and are updated regularly. People fill several roles

Distributed authority is truly distributed to teams and roles; decisions are made locally, actions affect globally (butterfly effect)

Rapid iterations - organizational structure is regularly updated via small iterations; every team self-organizes

Transparent rules - everyone is bound by the same rules, CEO included; rules are visible to all

People have multiple roles, often on different teams, and those role descriptions are constantly updated by the team actually doing the work

More freedom to express creative talents, the company can take advantage of those skills

Roles and the authorities are constantly updated without office politics (Allen, 2015)

Practice area of sustainable consciousness environment

Sustainable consciousness environment enables individuals to find and to successfully carry out their own unique life purpose and potential.

Customer's website will be connected to the email list through an opt -in box and free gift. Free gift is something what will customer give to its users in exchange for user's email address. When user enter his name and email address (“opted in”) at customer's website, that action will give the user access to customer's free gift. So, that user is on customer's email list, he will occasionally get emails from customer that invite him back to customer's website to view specific content, like an event signup or an article.

Customer's website connects customer to customer’s social media presence through follow and ‘share’links. ‘Follow’ link invites customer’s visitors (users) to follow customer on social media by liking customer’s Facebook page, connecting with customer on LinkedIn, etc., while ‘share’ link invites customer’s visitors (users) to share customer’s website or specific content, like blog posts, through visitors (users) social media accounts. Customer's social media connects people to customer's website when customer (or others) post links to customer's site itself or to specific content on customer's site. For example, an announcement of customer's next webinar on Facebook can include a link to the signup page on customer's site.

The connection between social media and customer's email list also goes in both directions. Customer might send an article to his email

Content blueprintSL1 is the blueprint for creating communication and business content. It is based on §3 model (Cacic).

I§ model is based on Integral theory (Wilber), vortex based mathematics (Rodin) and 3 autonomous nervous systems.
