PROJECT MANAGER (HUMANITARIAN AID), (October 2015 – January 2016). Anham FZCO, Kuwait (Planned and Managed the supply of Humanitarian Aid to Baghdad & Erbil in Iraq with a contract value of $70 million)

- Met all clients’ and in-depth requirements for operational and reporting structures. - Scheduled and developed the movement of 1.9 million cases of stock with oversight from Patricio & DLA that provided relief to 1.7 million displaced people. - Helped coordinate, plan, and implement the full requirement in only one month. - Developed and implemented a training plan for over 100 unskilled workers. - Achieved a daily target capacity of between 50-102 inbound trucks and 50-70 outbound trucks (due to surge, flexibility, and requirements). - Achieved the exact total requirement of 999 outbound trucks to achieve maximum profit based on pricing strategy.

Of the 1.925,508 million cases picked, achieved an error total of only 20 cases. An overall pick average accuracy of 99.999%

DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (COUNTRY-WIDE), (March 2014 – September 2015). Anham FZCO, Afghanistan (the largest US military contract & the largest single structure warehouse in Central Asia with a contract value of $1.4 billion)

- Serviced 30 destinations in Afghanistan with an approximate troop strength of 35,000. - Contract compliance: shared responsibility for the site’s P&L, budgets, supply chain, transport, and operations. - P&L OPEX – assisted with managing a 70% reduction in operational costs from the previous year. - Authored the ISO9001 requirement, became the main POC and MR as well as certificated lead auditor – successfully attaining site certification. - Maximized productivity and output by ensuring all departmental operations worked in unison from the site’s start-up phase.

On time deliveries at 93% (7% delay rate due to hostile environments’ secured movements). WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS MANAGER, (February 2013 – March 2014). Anham FZCO, Bagram, Afghanistan (the largest US military contract & the largest single structure warehouse in Central Asia with a contract value of $1.4 billion) From start-up:

- Wrote SOPs and associated documentation that enabled the smooth running of a purpose-built warehouse of 28,000 sq. metres of storage and a 40,000 pallet space capacity across all temperatures.

- Thereafter, with 2 other managers, rotated on a shift basis 24/7, and managed all warehouse operations, servicing the US Prime Vendor. - Provided cover to troops in 206 sites with 35,000 bottles of water and up to 1000 pallets of food per day (at peak) across Afghanistan.

During the start-up and development phase: - Devised very useful, numerous spreadsheets in Excel such as: a KPI suite that gave full visibility of performance across the warehouse including goods-in and

out; a timesheet that monitored 3rd party contractors’ responsibilities and staffing plus 350 Local Nationals’ HR matters that included attendance, absence, public holidays, Ramadan & others; a Training Matrix that covered all aspects of the warehouse environment, including HSEQ, QA, MHE, Food policy & defence, SOPs & annual appraisals; Projections for inbound & outbound requirements, including pallets’ quantities, weights & vehicle numbers required to service the contract for both Bagram & Kandahar.

GENERAL MANAGER, (September 2011 – July 2012). Supreme Foodservice – Liberia with a multi-million US Dollar contract value

- Oversaw 120 staff members on this busy civilian site supplying various UN troop nationalities. - Responsible for all aspects of site management including contract compliance, personnel, operations, staff safety and welfare. - Responsible for contract compliance, site P&L, budgeting, and expenditure. - Main POC for client communications, interactions, reporting and meeting attendance. - Achieved the ISO 22000 accreditation (deemed not possible), along with ISO 14001 accreditation. - Achieved optimum efficiencies and significantly improved the site P&L. - Rectified a 6-month invoicing backlog, and became the top site for invoicing. - Improved site QA audit score from 45% to a consistent 95% with a 98% high. - Streamlined personnel by 20% and increased productivity by 15% Received an accolade of “Outstanding” from UN HQ for performance.

OPERATIONS MANAGER, (Aug 2009 – Sep 2011). Supreme Foodservice, Kabul, Afghanistan with a multi-million US Dollar contract value
