As an educational consultant, I was hired by Xerox to consult on an electronic instructional materials project in Los Angeles Unified School District. I reported directly to Ms. Sandoval. I found her to demonstrate superior management abilities and interpersonal skills.

Ms. Sandoval has the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization in ways that all feel reassured and assisted. Her outreach to associates has been exemplary. She has a broad experience in working in a variety of situations that require flexibility, resourcefulness and a quick grasp of the issues. She has the ability to work well with others: she takes the initiative, anticipates a variety of situations, andplans accordingly.

Because of her training, background, and experience, Ms. Sandoval was most effective in identifying problematical situations, getting everyone involved in researching the solution, and enhancing and motivating all persons to take on and work through the solution. Her dedication, enthusiasm and energy are contagious.

I have thirty years in education as a teacher, psychologist, principal, administrator, state commissioner, and, now in the private sector, as an educational consultant. Ms. Sandoval is one of those outstanding individuals I have met in my career.
