But, it is not necessary to test under 6.86Mpa (70kgf/cm²) except for special requirement. 2S・t P= D-0.8t Where: P-Test hydrostatic pressure, MPa (kgf/cm²); t- Wall thickness of tube, mm; D-Outer diameter of tube ,mm; S-Allowable stress of material, allowable stress of

pure copper is 41.2Mpa (4.2kgf/mm²) And, we obtained following test result from our copper tube "M", which is a temper of copper tube and meaning of the temper is "O"(soft) of JIS H3300, at our factory on the 4th of December, 2003. This is in reference to attached “Analysis Report” in Chinese.

And, we translated the descriptions of “Analysis Report” into English.

3. Copper Tube Specification:3.1. General quality

(1) Tube must not have detrimental crack, a flaw, a leak as well as other defects on use(2) Tube shall be a practical right circle.(3) The inside and external surface of the tube shall not have any adhered detriments, oxidations, dustr, grease and scrap, etc.

3.2. Chemical composition:Copper Alloy seamless tube, more then 99,90% Cu, 0,015 - 0,040 % P.
