• Go to www.abc.army.mil (Army Benefits Center, serves both Army and Air Force Technicians) • EBIS is a Self-Service web-based application that allows technician employees access many helpful tools as well as make benefit elections and changes. • The Site map offers a source of links to any questions you may have

• Access requires a CAC and CAC reader • For a new user, enter your temporary PIN, your two digit month and the last two digits of your year of birth (MMYY) click New User. • You will then set a new six digit PIN which will be used in the future when logging on.
